Response to the Question : "What was positive about this seminar experience?"

  • This seminar gave simple techniques to handle stress and feel more energized. I think everything about this seminar was positive. The popularity of this class would make it seem that this class should be offered again to those who could not participate.
  • I was impressed by the instructor's knowledge and her great attitude! I will get back into doing deep breathing more often during the day.
