Learn to harness the extraordinary power in your ordinary breath and share it with others in "The Power of Breath" training teaches "Breath Literacy" for your personal and professional lives.

Learn it. Embody it. Teach it.

“I feel the "Power of Breath" workshop is special and unique. I have been honing this workshop for over twenty-five years, learning how to reach yoga teachers, yoga students, medical personnel, patients, educators, elders, students from K—post grad, homemakers, athlete, white-collar and blue-collar workers, UN personnel, girls rescued from brothels, peace-builders, veterans, etc. and people stressed out everywhere.
Every time I taught it, I would tweak it, learning how to stay with its integrity but also learning to adapt it to diverse populations, specific needs, and varying time allotments. In each circumstance, keeping in mind, in order for participants to harness the power in their breath, what are the most important things they need to know and how is this information best conveyed?

—How to share maximum amount of information (that can change people's breath and people's lives) in the minimum amount of time?

—How to reap the greatest benefits with the greatest ease and joy?

This information is given throughout your training manual, and every aspect of presenting a workshop (from preparing the room, to music, performance of all practices with scripts, reflection questions, possible deviations, and closure) is detailed specifically.  You will leave with the basic template of Teaching a 'Power of Breath' workshop from A-Z, to use, exactly as is, or depending upon your own experiences and knowledge, adapted, to reflect who you are personally while serving diverse students and circumstances.”
